Esperance is a one-of-a-kind luxury barge.  Available for charter, she includes a staff dedicated to providing guests with the highest standards of service. Because of her uniqueness, only a limited number of agencies are authorized to market it. France Cruises is proud to be one of the few companies to represent Esperance cruises.

Esperance Food & Wine

Guests traveling on board Esperance experience very unique dining that lasts a lifetime.  All are invited to witness the chef in action as she prepares delicious, traditional, festive meals, or guests can participate by learning from the chef and sharing favorite recipes. Sample menus include:


 Fresh breads, croissants, and sweet rolls purchased from a local ‘boulangerie’
Cheese, charcuterie, eggs
Coffee, tea, fruit juice, hot chocolate, local butter and homemade jam
Yogurt and cereals are always offered


Served buffet style and accompanied by selected local red, white, and rosé wines
Homemade soup, a mixed green salad with walnuts & Roquefort, and a quiche
‘Charcuterie’ is also included and could consist of smoked ham, sliced duck, or pâté
